To celebrate National Hedgerow week, Ciara from Forest School Ireland came to visit us for a lesson on Thursday. We foraged for wild plants- the brave amongst us even having a taste! We used real tools and materials to create a beautiful wooden pendant, played fun games, went bug hunting, created with clay, explored fun activities with ropes and enjoyed some games and singing. It was a great day and the girls loved it. A lot of outdoor enthusiasts in Third Class 😀
